姜海强,男,1990年11月生,工学博士,硕士生导师(水利水电工程、土木水利),讲师,内蒙古赤峰人。主要从事冻土与寒区水利工程研究。累计发表SCI、EI期刊论文35篇(1作/通讯16篇),担任 Acta Geodynamica et Geomaterialia、Geotechnical and Geological Engineering、Jordan Journal of Civil Engineering、SN Applied Sciences、Frontiers in Earth Science、Advances in Civil Engineering等SCI/EI期刊审稿人。
